Initial Private
1-hour personalised training using props and a reformer bed tailored to your body's needs.
Full body assessment and home programming, including self-fascia release techniques, to achieve pain-free movement and fitness goals.
1:1 guidance to improve body awareness and address neglected areas for peak performance and recovery from injury or chronic pain.
A 45-minute private follow-up option is available after the initial 1-hour session (required first).
Duo Sessions
Intimate duo sessions combining Reformer Pilates and Fascia Release.
Reformer Pilates uses a spring-loaded carriage, bars and straps to support and challenge movement.
Fascia, the body's largest system, touches and protects muscles, structures, and cells.
Self-release techniques, guided by Raff, help with injury recovery and chronic pain.
Sessions also support the nervous system, improving circulation, sleep, digestion, muscle recovery, and more.

Group Wellness
